These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ELRIX ENERGY website and any information, tools, or materials provided on it. The Site is operated by ELRIX ENERGY SOLAR SOLUTIONS, headquartered in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Separate written agreements, quotations, and work orders govern actual solar design, supply, and installation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed customer contract, the signed contract prevails for that project.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive inquiries.
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission.
- Use the Site in any way that could harm ELRIX ENERGY, other users, or third parties.
3. Quotes, calculators, and information
Savings figures, system sizes, subsidy amounts, EMI estimates, and pricing shown on the Site or calculators are indicative only. Actual generation depends on roof space, shading, equipment selection, DISCOM rules, and consumption patterns.
Government subsidy schemes, tariffs, and regulations may change without notice. Final eligibility and amounts are determined by the relevant authorities.
A binding offer is created only when we issue a formal quotation or agreement accepted by you in writing (including email confirmation where stated).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including text, logos, images, layouts, and software—is owned by ELRIX ENERGY or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference only.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, maps, social media, or government portals). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
